American International Group Inc.’s AIG Consumer Finance Group Inc. agreed to buy Inversora Pichincha SA from Ecuador-based Banco Pichincha CA and other minority shareholders. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Inversora Pichincha, based in Colombia, provides consumer and commercial auto loans and unsecured consumer credit. The company has 17 branches.
